As a boutique agency, Nannies by Sarah offers a personalized approach to the nanny search process.. We find the right nanny for your family by assessing your specific needs through a consultation call, an extensive questionnaire, personally interviewing each potential candidate, checking each candidate’s references, and conducting a background check once the field has been narrowed.  Nannies by Sarah then curates a shortlist of available, qualified people that meet your criteria and are compatible with any requirements (e.g. hours available, location, number/ages of children, language skills) presented by both sides.    

The Spoonful of Sugar Package fee is a one-time payment based on a percentage of the nanny’s annual salary. The payment is due when the nanny starts work.
