Meet Sarah

As a mom to two young children, and the employer of a nanny myself, I know what parents want in their childcare provider. When selecting nannies, I make sure that the nanny is someone I would hire to look after my own children in my own home. Nothing less will do.    

In addition to my high standards as a mom, I am professionally qualified to recruit top talent.  I have a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and a Law Degree from the University of Montreal School of Law. I have interviewed, vetted, and hired professionals, negotiated contracts, and managed various human resources issues on behalf of governments and international organizations.

I am originally from Montreal, Canada and have lived in the Washington, DC area for 12 years so I understand the challenges of raising kids without family around to help out. My greatest challenge raising kids in the Washington, DC area is avoiding the pitfalls of overscheduling. But I’ve found that with the help of my nanny, my son will make it to his practice, my daughter will get to her playdate, my house will feel organized, and I will feel sane all the while!
